Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no stickers or markings. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at service@devorss.com.  Please describe the reason for your return (damage, defective, duplicate, other) and include your order number and/or shipping details. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1100 Flynn Road #104, Camarillo CA 93012 via Media Mail only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our distribution center in Jackson, TN. Please allow an additional 5 days for processing before your order ships. This may not be reflected in your estimated delivery date.

Standard Shipping is usually via USPS Media Mail.

Expedited Shipping is via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS
